Request a date and we hold it for seven days while you prepare. No charge during this reservation window.
Your place is secured once we receive your deposit. Final payment is due thirty days before your space adventure begins, or immediately if you book within that window.
Change once, free, up to twenty-one days before departure, to any available date in the same season. A second change depends on whether we can fill your original spot.
Each cosmic discoveries expedition requires minimum enrollment. If we cannot reach it, we notify you twenty-one days ahead and you choose: another date, another astronomy route, or a complete refund.
Insurance covering remote observation and field research is required to join. Tell us about any condition affecting your mobility or dietary needs — it helps our guides plan better experiences, never affects your welcome.
Expert guiding, telescope and observatory access, shared safety equipment, and every night's accommodation on your route. Transportation to the launch point, personal gear and insurance are separate.
