What we collect when you sign up for updates or book an observation session, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Your name, email address, the observation event and date you want to attend, and anything you tell us about equipment, accessibility or observing experience so we can plan accordingly. We also record basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you visit.
Only the astronomers and educators running your session and the providers we need to operate it. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
We use cookies to remember your preferences and to see which astronomy topics and observation guides people read most. You can block them in your browser.
Ask and we will show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write through the contact page and we will confirm when it is done.
