These terms apply to this website and to every observation session or space adventure booked through us. By booking you accept them for everyone in your group.
Observatory guides, star charts, photographs and difficulty ratings are ours; please do not copy them for commercial use. We keep the pages current, but atmospheric and celestial conditions change faster than any page can.
A place is confirmed only when we write back to say so. Payment terms and cancellation are set out on the booking page.
A qualified astronomer, the observing schedule as described, shared telescope equipment and the nights listed. Personal clothing, travel to the observatory and insurance are yours to arrange.
Cloud cover, atmospheric conditions or equipment issues can force an astronomer to reschedule or shift focus to a different target. That call rests with the astronomer.
Space exploration carries risk no operator can remove. We are responsible for running the session with reasonable care and skill, not for loss caused by conditions outside our control.
